About Me

I'm the founder of Light Videos, a video production company driven by the belief that powerful stories can move people to act, feel, and change. For the past 13 years, I’ve specialized in creating brand films, documentaries, and event videos for nonprofits, tech companies, and training organizations. What sets our work apart is a cinematic style grounded in quality, emotion, and attention to detail.

I take a more thorough approach than most, crafting each piece so that music, sound design, and content work together to deliver maximum emotional impact. From our first meeting to the final export, I’m hands-on. You can find me writing scripts or interview questions, planning shoots, directing interviews, and capturing striking b-roll with creative lighting and camera movement. In post-production, I carefully structure interviews to build momentum and meaning, aligning visuals and music to hit just the right notes, both literally and emotionally.

I’m based in Colorado Springs but work remotely and travel frequently. I collaborate with a few trusted partners and hire contractors on a project basis to bring in the best talent for each job.

What I love most is creating films that make a difference. Whether they inspire someone to donate, get involved, or simply see the world a little differently. I stand by hard work, honesty, and finding creative, compelling ways to honor every subject I film.
